Exchange and Return Policy

We care about your complete satisfaction and comfort as a customer, so we offer the following return and refund policy. We hope this policy reflects our deep concern for you and your shopping experience.

Shipments outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Retrieval process:

We understand that sometimes circumstances may require returning products you have purchased. Therefore, we strive to make the return process easy and convenient for you.

You can request a refund within (14) days from the date you received your order. We believe that you deserve to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from us.

In order to ensure that the return process is successful, there are two basic conditions that must be met:

1. The product must be returned to the store in its original condition and packaging.

2. You must provide the product invoice. Make sure to keep the original purchase invoice so you can easily request a refund.

  • Purchases can be returned by contacting customer service representatives. We strive to provide excellent service across our stores to meet your needs.
  • Any additional free items you received with your purchased items must also be returned. We want to ensure fair and equal treatment for all customers.
  • We would like to remind you that you are responsible for handling any product you wish to return carefully and maintaining its original condition. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that the product is returned in good condition. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products while they are in your possession.
  • In accordance with global retail industry standards, there are some products we cannot accept returns or exchanges (such as underwear, skincare products, and personalized products). We hope you understand these restrictions.


Replacement process:

If you prefer to exchange the product for another product from the same offer, you can contact customer service representatives to initiate the exchange process and follow the necessary procedures according to the company's policies. The company's policies will be applied in this case.


Refund:

We consider your refund one of the most important steps in the returns process. Therefore, we will process your refund after receiving your returned or exchanged items. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method you used for purchase.

Please note that if you used a credit or debit card to pay, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank's procedures.


Please note: If you request a partial or full refund, your eligibility for free shipping will be revoked, and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.


Customer non-response:

If the order is not delivered due to the customer not responding to the delivery representative, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


Cancellation:

We understand that plans and personal circumstances may change. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service via email or phone, during business hours and within one hour of placing your order.

If the payment was made using a credit card, we will refund the amount as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policy.

We would like to clarify that we cannot accept cancellation requests after the above deadline, as the order has already been processed. However, you can still process a return in accordance with our procedures above.
